Staff was very friendly and outstandingly accommodating, I did not want to leave there!

I had a fairly nice stay here and would use them next time. The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a shopping area, short walk to pristine Ned's Beach which has the best snorkelling, Anchorage restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the centre. The location was absolutely perfect - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The service was terrific. The facilities were good too.

This hotel offers a fantastic location that's easy to navigate, spacious rooms with balconies, and friendly staff that made my stay enjoyable.

Our stay at Somerset Apartments was enjoyable, even though we were only there for 4 nights. the friendly staff offered helpful recommendations, enhancing our experience. the property is beautifully located amidst stunning gardens, making it a magnificent place to relax. it was a wonderful experience, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

The room was tidy and budget-friendly, featuring outdoor seating for up to 12 people. the staff was incredibly helpful and the location was both quiet and convenient, with a bakery and all the major shops just a short walk away. Plus, the airport was only 0.5 km away.

This hotel on Ned's Beach Road is a real gem. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a lovely library stocked with board games for some fun evenings in. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beautiful swimming beaches. And the breakfasts.wow! Delicious and filling, a great way to start the day.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on Lord Howe Island. The location was perfect, within walking distance from town and Ned's Beach. The hotel even provided pick up from the airport, which was a nice touch. The rooms were simple and tidy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a range of amenities including a kettle, hair dryer, and even a towel. There was also a transit room with good information to help plan activities, and I loved the fact that they had a library stocked with plenty of board games.

All was perfectly fine during my stay.

The apartments are situated in a perfect location, nestled between two stunning beaches and very close to the centre of the town. the shopping hub and a variety of restaurants are just a stone's throw away. the rooms are clean and spacious, fitted with updated kitchenettes and well-equipped for basic cooking. the quiet and comfortable apartments boast an airy feel, with easy access to a children's playground and BBQ facilities.

There were aspects of the hotel that could have been better, such as limited tea and coffee facilities and inadequate TV reception.

The location was unbeatable as everything was within walking distance. The pristine beaches and the picturesque hiking trails were easily accessible. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed, including backpacks and beach towels. The BBQ facilities were clean and we enjoyed cooking our meals there.

The room we stayed in did not get enough sunlight, which made the temperature uncomfortably cool, especially during the night and early morning. , the Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it challenging to stay connected and plan our activities.
